Rui Macher Dimer kalia

Ingredients:

  1. 300 gm dim of a rui mach
  2. 2- potato, small pieces
  3. Onion: 1 big ,chopped
  4. 1 onion ,paste
  5. 1" ginger,paste
  6. Green chillies: 2-3 finely chopped
  7. 7-8 flakes garlic , chopped
  8. 4-5 flakes garlic paste
  9. A pinch of haldi and red chilli powder
  10. Besan
  11. ½ tbsp posto
  12. Salt to taste.
  13. oil

Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together to get the batter.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai. Once hot put small  Boras from the batter
  3. Fry both the sides on low heat so that it is cooked properly and takes a brown colour.
  4. Heat oil.
  5. To this add  ginger and   garlic paste and stir-fry.  add onion paste and cook till the oil leave the side.
  6. To this add the cubed potatoes and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add sufficient water for gravy and for the potatoes to cook.
  8. Once the potatoes are soft, add the Dim Bhaja and let it boil for a couple of minutes.
  9. Switch off the flame .
