Besan ka Ladoo
Ingredients :
- 2 cups besan
- 1 &1/2 cup sugar grinded
- 1/2 cup ghee,
- cashew nuts for garnishing
Method:
- Add besan & ghee In a kadhai & Keep constantly
- When it releases an appetizing smell, it is ready.
- Remove from the heat cool it.
- Add sugar and nuts to the besan.
- Now form balls of the mixture.
- Serve cold.
