SAAHI PANEER
Ingredients :
- 250 gm Paneer
- 1" Ginger
- Tomato puree
- Soya souce
- Turmeric powder
- 1' Cinnamon
- 2 Cloves
- 2 cardamom
- salt
- capsicum
- Oil
- Fry Paneer lightly & set aside.
- Add oil in a frying pan.
- Add Cinnamon, Cloves & Cardamom in it.
- Add grated ginger .Fry for 30 seconds.
- Add capsicums & fry for 11/2 minutes.
- Add Turmeric Powder, salt .
- Add Tomato Puree. Simmer it.
- add 1 tbsp Soya souce
- Add 2 cup water
- simmer it
- add paneer
- boil for 11/2 minutes.
- Turn off flame.
- Serve hot with roti.
