- 1 NO LEMON
- 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
- 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
- SALT
- OIL
- RED CHILI POWDER
- 1 NO CAPSICUM, CHOPPED
METHOD:
- MARINATE CHICKEN WITH LEMON JUICE
& BLACK PEPPER POWDER
- ADD OIL IN A PAN
- ADD ONION & FRY UPTO IT
SEPARATES FROM OIL
- ADD GINGER ,GARLIC PASTE & FRY
FOR SOME TIME
- ADD TOMATO & FRY
- ADD CAPSICUM,TURMERIC
POWDER,CORIANDER POWDER,SALT,
- RED CHILI POWDER & FRY FOR
ANOTHER 1 MINUTE
- ADD CHICKEN IN IT
- MIX IT WITH GRAVY VERY WELL
- ADD WATER
- COVER WITH A LID
- COOK UNTIL COOKED VERY WELL
- SERVE WITH FRIED RICE OR ROTI.
