- 400 GM LAITA FISH
- 3 MEDIUM SIZE ONION ,PASTE
- 12-14 CLOVE GARLIC, PASTE
- 2 GREEN CHILI PASTE
- 1 TOMATO PASTE
- OIL
- CORIANDER LEAVES
- SALT
- RED CHILI POWDER
- 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
- 1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER
METHOD:
- ADD OIL IN A PAN
- ADD ONION, GARLIC , GINGER & CHILI PASTE
- FRY IT FOR 1 & 1/2 MINUTE
- ADD TOMATO PASTE
- FRY SOME TIME
- ADD RED CHILI POWDER ,TURMERIC POWDER & CUMIN POWDER.
- ADD SALT
- ADD 1/2 CUP WATER
- ADD LAITA FISH
- COVER WITH A LID
- COOK WELL
- GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
- SERVE WITH RICE
