HOT CHICKEN POCKORA
Ingredients:
- Chicken - 500 g, Small pieces
- Garlic - 8-15 cloves, chopped
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Green Chilly - 2-3, chopped
- Egg - 1
- Basan
- Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - For tast
- Oil
Method:
- Marinate small chicken pieces with chopped garlic, coriander leaves, green chilly, salt and set aside for at least 15-20 minutes.
- Beat the egg with Basan, baking powder, and add to the marinated chicken before frying. Add about 3-4 tbsp of water to make the batter .
- Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot turn heat to medium low and add the chicken pieces in medium heat
- Fry till brown on the outside.
- Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to soak up excess oil
- Serve hot with tea/coffee.
