- 250 GM KUNDRI, SMALL PIECES
- 250 POTATO IN SMALL PIECES
- 1 GREEN CHILI
- 2 ONIONS CHOPPED
- 1/2 SP TURMERIC POWDER
- 1/4 TBSP CUMIN POWDER
- 1/4 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER
- SALT TO TASTE
- ADD 2 TBSP OIL IN A FRYING PAN.
- ADD ONION
- FRY FOR 11/2 MINUTES
- ADD POTATO & KUNDRI
- FRY FOR 1/2 MINUTE
- ADD TURMERIC POWDER, CUMIN POWDER & CORIANDER POWDER.
- ADD SALT TO TASTE.
- FRY ANOTHER 1 MINUTE.
- ADD 1 CUP WATER.
- COVER WITH A LID.
- COOK UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE COMPLETELY BOILED.
- TURN OFF FLAME.
- SERVE WITH RICE.
