Ingredients:
- Potato 4 nos medium ,medium cubes
- 400 gm chingri ,medium
- 2 nos onion, medium cubes
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
- salt to taste
- oil
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- garam masala
Method:
- fry chingri ,keep aside
- add potato & onion and fry it for some time
- add turmeric powder,cumin & coriander powder
- fry for 1 minute
- add tomato
- add salt
- fry another 1/2 minute
- add chingri
- add water ,cover with lid & cook until potatoes cooked weel.
- add garam masala powder & turn off flame.
- Serve with rice
