INGREDIENTS:
- 250 GM PARSHE MACH
- 1/2 TBSP TURMERIC POWDER
- 1/4 TBSP CUMIN POWDER
- 1/4 TBSP CUMIN SEEDS
- 1 CHILI
- SALT TO TASTE
- OIL
- CORIANDER LEAVES, CHOPPED
METHOD:
- ADD OIL IN A FRYING PAN
- ADD FISHES & FRY.
- KEEP A SIDE
- ADD CUMIN SEEDS IN OIL
- ADD CHILI IN IT
- ADD TURMARIC POWDER, CUMIN POWDER & SALT IN IT
- FRY FOR 30 SECONDS
- ADD 4 CUPS OF WATER
- WAIT FOR STIR
- ADD FISHES
- ALLOW IT TO COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
- ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
- TURN OFF FLAME.
- SERVE WITH RICE
