CHINGRI POKORA
INGREDIENTS:
- 6-8 MEDIUM SIZE SHRIMP
- 2 ONIONS
- 8-10 CLOVES GARLIC
- 1" GINGER
- 2 CHILI
- BASAN
- A PINCH OF BAKING POWDER
- 1 EGG
- SALTE TO TASTE
- OIL
METHOD:
- CLEAN THE SHRIMPS .CUT INTO SMALL ROUND PIECES.
- TO MAKE A BATTER ADD I CUP OF BASAN, PASTE OF ONION, GARLIC, & GINGER, CHILI , SALT & BAKING POWDER.
- ADD WATER & MIX WELL THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE A SEMI LIQUID BATTER.
- ADD OIL IN A FRYING PAN.
- DIP A LOBSTER PIECE IN THE BATTER SO THAT IT IS WELL COATED & DROP IN THE HOT OIL.
- AFTER A MINUTE REDUCE THE HEAT TO MEDIUM
- DEEP FRY.
- SERVE HOT WITH TEA OR COFFEE
