- 500 GM CHICKEN, MEDIUM PIECES
- 3 ONIONS , CHOPPED
- 12-15 CLOVE GARLIC , CHOPPED
- 11/2" GARLIC , GRADED
- 1 GREEN PAPAYA (PEPE)
- 2 CHILI
- 2 POTATO ,SMALL PIECES
- 1TBSP TURMERIC POWDER
- 1 TOMATO , SMALL PIECES
- 1/2 TBSP CUMIN POWDER
- 1/4 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER
- SALT TO TASTE
- GARAM MASALA
- OIL
METHOD:
- ADD OIL IN A FRYING PAN.
- ADD CHILI
- ADD CHOPPED ONION IN IT.
- FRY FOR 11/2 MINUTE
- ADD GINGER & GARLIC
- FRY FOR 30 SECONDS
- ADD TOMATOS, POTATOS & GREEN PAPAYA
- FRY FOR ANOTHER 30 SECONDS
- ADD TURMERIC POWDER,CUMIN POWDER & CORIANDER POWDER
- FRY FOR 30 SECONDS
- ADD SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER
- ADD CHICKEN & MIX WELL, COOK IT FOR 2 MINUTES
- TAKE THE CHICKEN MIXTURE IN A COOKER .
- ADD 4 CUPS OF WATER
- COVER WITH LID
- AFTER TAKING 2-3 WHISTLE REMOVE COOKER FROM HEAT.
- SERVE WITH RICE
