Ingredients
- 500 gram chital macher gada
- oil
- 2 potato
- 2 tomato, chopped
- 4 onion, chopped
- 1 ½ “ginger ,paste
- 2 green chili,paste
- 12-15 cloves garlic ,paste
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Method:
- Clean the fish and then scoop the fish flesh with a spoon to separate from the bones.
- Boil potatoes and peel it. Then mash the potatoes a paste.
- Cut the onions and tomatoes into small pieces. Keep the other ingredients aside.
- Mix the mashed potato, fish ,ginger,green chili paste, garlic paste, 2 nos chopped onion and salt
- Heat oil in a pan. Add small hand made balls pakora shape of the mix to the heated oil and deep fry
- After all the mix is fried, add the bay leaves , remaining onion to the left over oil and fry for 2 minutes. add small pieces of tomato and stir for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add rest ginger- green chili paste turmeric powder and cumin powder, mix it well and allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add 2 cup of water, and allow it to boil. Add the salt Bring it to boil.
- Add fried fish pakoras and and allow to boil for 5 minutes. After that, add garam masala powder
- Ready to be served with white rice.
