VEG POTOL R JHOL
INGREDIENTS :
- 500 GM POTOL, SMALL PIECES
- 250 POTATO , SMALL PIECES
- 2 CHILI
- 1/2 TBSP TURMERIC POWDER
- 1/4 TBSP CUMIN POWDER
- 1/4 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER
- SALT TO TASTE
- SMALL PINCH GARAM MASALA
- OIL
METHOD:
- ADD OIL IN A FRYING PAN
- ADD CHILI IN IT
- ADD POTOL & POTATO
- FRY IT LIGHTLY FOR 1 MINUTE
- ADD TURMERIC POWDER, CUMIN POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, SALT
- MIX IT WITH VEGITABLES WELL
- ADD 4 CUPS OF WATER
- COVER WITH A LID
- COOK IT FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES.
- MAKE SURE THAT POTATO & POTOL ARE COOKED WELL.
- ADD GARAM MASALA
- SERVE WITH RICE.
