MANGO ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 KG MANGO
- 250 GM MILK
- 4 TBSP MILK CREAM
- 50 GM SUGAR
- 25 GM CASHEW
METHOD:
- REMOVE THE SKIN OF MANGOS.
- ADD MANGO PULP, MILK, SUGAR & MILK CREAM IN A MIXER & BEAT.
- ADD CASHEW IN THE MIXTURE.
- PUT THE LIQUID MIXTURE IN SMALL CONTAINER & KEEP THE CONTAINER FOR 6 HOURS IN THE FREEZER.
- SERVE
