MANGO ICE CREAM



INGREDIENTS :

  •  1 KG MANGO
  • 250 GM MILK
  • 4 TBSP MILK CREAM
  • 50 GM SUGAR
  •  25 GM CASHEW

METHOD:

  • REMOVE THE SKIN OF MANGOS.
  • ADD MANGO PULP, MILK, SUGAR & MILK CREAM IN A MIXER & BEAT.
  • ADD CASHEW IN THE MIXTURE.
  • PUT THE LIQUID MIXTURE IN SMALL CONTAINER & KEEP THE CONTAINER FOR 6 HOURS IN THE FREEZER.
  • SERVE
