TOMATO -ONION MIXED RAITA
Ingredients:
- 1 cup curd
- 2 nos tomatoes and onions ,finely chopped
- 1" ginger graded
- coriander leaves chopped
- Salt to taste
- oil
- 1/4 tsp cumin seed, mustard seed
- 1 chili (finely chopped)
Method:
- Mix the tomatoes, onion , ginger, salt and mix it well.
- Heat oil in frying pan, add cumin seed and mustard seeds. When they start to pop add the green chili and fry for few seconds.
- add it in the onion & tomato mixture.
- Add the yogurt and mix it well.
- Serve it with roti or rice.
