INGREDIENTS:
- 100 GM SOYBEAN CHUNKS
- 1 TOMATO , CHOPPED
- 1/2 TBSP TURMERIC POWDER
- SALT
- OIL
- 1 CHILI
METHOD:
- ADD OIL IN A FRYING PAN
- ADD CHILI
- ADD TOMATO & FRY FOR 30 SECONDS
- ADD PATATO & FRY FOR ANOTHER 1 MINUTE
- ADD TURMERIC POWDER, SALT
- MIX IT WELL
- ADD SOYBEAN & MIX IT WLL
- ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER
- COVER WITH A LID
- COOK UNTIL COOKED IT WELL
- SERVE WITH RICE OR ROTI
