SPICY GARLIC PRAWN
Ingredients:
- 400 gm chingri ,medium
- 4 nos onion, chopped
- 8-10 cloves garlic,whole
- 2-4 nos green chili ,chopped
- tomato sauce 4 tbsp
- 1 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
- vivegar 1 tbsp
- 1 capsicum chopped
- salt to taste
- oil
- fry prawn ,keep aside
- add garlic cloves e and fry it for some time.
- add onion & green chili & fry for another 1 minute.
- add tomato sauce, soya sauce & vinegar
- add salt
- fry another 1/2 minute
- add chingri
- add water as required,cover with lid & cook until cooked well.
- add capsicum.
- Serve with fried rice.
