Ingredients
- 500 kg Carrots
- 1/2 litre Milk
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom
- 3 tablespoons Ghee
- Raisins
- kaju nuts
- 250 grams Sugar
- ¼ cup water
Method:
- grate the carrots
- add water in a pan, when it starts boiling add the grated carrots.
- Cook for 6-8minutes.
- Add the milk. Cook in a low flame for 1/2 hour stirring occasionally.
- Add sugar in it.
- Cook well until sugar dissolved.
- Add ghee and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the slightly crushed cardamoms and the raisins and kaju nuts.
- Mix well.
- Turn of Flame
- Serve cold
