INGREDIENTS:
- 250 GM WHITE CURD
- 50 GM SUGAR
- 1/2 SP SALT
- ICE CUBE
- MANGO SYRUP
- PUDINA PATA FOR GURNISH
METHOD:
- TAKE CURD IN A CONTAINER.
- ADD 4 GLASS OF WATER IN IT.
- ADD SUGER
- ADD SALT
- MIX THE INGREDIENTS VERY WELL.
- ADD 5-8 TBSP MANGO SYRUP
- ADD ICE CUBES.
- ADD PUDINA LEAVES FOR GURNISH
- SERVE
