BHETKI MACHER POKORA


INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 gm Bhetki fish


  • 1 inch piece ginger ,graded
  • 10 cloves garlic,graded
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 
  • 2 medium size onion,chopped
  • 2 green chillies ,chopped
  •  coriander leaves ,chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli powder 
  • oil to fry 
  • Salt To Taste
  • Basan
  • black pepper

METHOD:
  • Boil the fish and remove the bones nicely.
  • add small paste onion, garlic,1 green chilies,red chili powder,black pepper , coriander leaves and blend with the fish salt and garam masala powder small amount of  Basan.
  • Make a smooth mixture, form into small balls. 
  • Make a liquid mixture of Basan ,Salt, Baking powder. Deep the ball in it & fry to a golden brown colour and set aside. 
  • serve with tea , coffee
