BHETKI MACHER POKORA
INGREDIENTS:
- 250 gm Bhetki fish
- 1 inch piece ginger ,graded
- 10 cloves garlic,graded
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 2 medium size onion,chopped
- 2 green chillies ,chopped
- coriander leaves ,chopped
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- oil to fry
- Salt To Taste
- Basan
- black pepper
METHOD:
- Boil the fish and remove the bones nicely.
- add small paste onion, garlic,1 green chilies,red chili powder,black pepper , coriander leaves and blend with the fish salt and garam masala powder small amount of Basan.
- Make a smooth mixture, form into small balls.
- Make a liquid mixture of Basan ,Salt, Baking powder. Deep the ball in it & fry to a golden brown colour and set aside.
- serve with tea , coffee
