SPICY EGG CURRY
- 4 Eggs, boiled
- 4 potatos, medium pieces boiled
- 2 onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp tomato pureed
- 6-7 flakes of garlic
- 1/2-inch piece of ginger
- 1-2 green chilies
- Salt To Taste
- ½ tsp Red chili powder to taste
- 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 3/4 tsp garam masala
- oil
Method:
· Remove the shell of boiled eggs ,remove the skin of potatos
· Fry potato & eggs.keep aside
· chop onion, garlic, ginger and green chilies
· Heat oil in a pan and add onion-garlic paste and fry till golden brown.
· Add
garlic & ginger and all the spices (salt, turmeric, & chili
powder) except garam masala and fry for a minute and add tomato puree.
Fry till it starts leaving oil.
· Add 2 cup of water and cook till it semi dry.
· Now add the boiled eggs.
· bring to boil and reduce the flame.
· Simmer for 10 minutes.
· Garnish egg curry with garam masala and coriander leaves and serve hot with paratha, roti or rice.
