Ingredients:
- 400 gm chingri ,medium
- 4 nos onion, paste
- 8-10 cloves garlic,1 1/2 inch ginger paste
- 1-2 nos green chili paste
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tps sugar
- salt to taste
- oil
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 cup coconut paste
- garam masala
Method:
- fry chingri ,keep aside
- add onion paste and fry it for some time.
- add ginger-garlic paste & fry for another 1 minute.
- add yogurt & coconut paste
- add salt & red chili
- fry another 1/2 minute
- add chingri
- add water ,cover with lid & cook until cooked well.
- add garam masala powder & turn off flame.
- Serve with rice
