 Chingri Aloo r Tarkari




Ingredients:
  • Potato 4 nos medium ,medium cubes
  • 400 gm chingri ,medium
  • 2 nos onion, medium cubes
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • garam masala
Method:
  • fry chingri ,keep aside
  • add potato & onion and fry it for some time
  • add turmeric powder,cumin & coriander powder
  • fry for 1 minute
  • add tomato
  • add salt
  • fry another 1/2 minute
  • add chingri
  • add water ,cover with lid & cook until potatoes cooked weel.
  • add garam masala powder & turn off flame. 
  • Serve with rice
