Besan ka Ladoo







Ingredients :

  • 2 cups besan
  • 1 &1/2 cup sugar grinded
  • 1/2 cup ghee, 
  • cashew nuts for garnishing 





Method:

  •  Add besan & ghee  In a kadhai & Keep constantly 
  • When it releases an appetizing smell, it is ready.
  • Remove from the heat cool it.
  • Add sugar and nuts to the besan.
  • Now form balls of the mixture.
  • Serve cold.
