 CHINGRI MALAI CURRY








Ingredients:
  • 400 gm chingri ,medium
  • 4 nos onion, paste
  • 8-10 cloves garlic,1 1/2 inch ginger paste
  •  1-2 nos green chili paste
  • 1/2 cup yogurt 
  • 1 tps sugar
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 cup coconut paste
  • garam masala
Method:
  • fry chingri ,keep aside
  • add onion paste and fry it for some time.
  • add ginger-garlic paste & fry for another 1 minute.
  • add yogurt & coconut paste
  • add salt & red chili
  • fry another 1/2 minute
  • add chingri
  • add water ,cover with lid & cook until cooked well.
  • add garam masala powder & turn off flame. 
  • Serve with rice
