TOMATO -ONION MIXED RAITA



Ingredients:


  1. 1 cup curd 
  2. 2 nos tomatoes and onions ,finely chopped 
  3. 1"  ginger graded
  4.  coriander leaves chopped
  5. Salt to taste 
  6. oil 
  7. 1/4 tsp cumin seed, mustard seed 
  8. 1 chili (finely chopped) 




Method:



  1. Mix the tomatoes, onion , ginger, salt and mix it well.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan, add  cumin seed and mustard seeds. When they start to pop add the green chili and fry for few seconds.
  3. add it in the onion & tomato mixture.
  4. Add the yogurt and mix it well.
  5. Serve it with roti or rice.
