Rui Macher Dim Bhaja

Ingredients:

  1. 300 gm dim of a rui mach
  2. Onion: 1 big ,chopped
  3. Green chillies: 2-3 finely chopped
  4. 7-8 flakes garlic , chopped
  5. A pinch of haldi and red chilli powder
  6. Besan
  7. ½ tbsp posto
  8. Salt to taste.
  9. oil



Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together to get the batter.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai. Once hot put small  Boras from the batter
  3. Fry both the sides on low heat so that it is cooked properly and takes a brown colour.
  4. Serve as a snack
