 SPICY EGG CURRY 








Ingredients:

  • 4 Eggs, boiled
  • 4 potatos, medium pieces boiled
  • 2 onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp  tomato pureed
  • 6-7 flakes of garlic
  • 1/2-inch piece of ginger
  • 1-2 green chilies
  • Salt To Taste
  • ½  tsp Red chili powder to taste
  • 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 3/4 tsp garam masala
  • oil 


Method:
·    Remove the shell of boiled eggs ,remove the skin of potatos
·    Fry potato & eggs.keep aside
·    chop onion, garlic, ginger and green chilies
·    Heat oil in a pan and add onion-garlic paste and fry till golden brown.
·    Add garlic  & ginger and all the spices (salt, turmeric, & chili powder) except garam masala and fry for a minute and add tomato puree. Fry  till it starts leaving oil.
·    Add 2 cup of water and cook till it  semi dry.
·    Now add the boiled eggs.
·    bring to boil and reduce the flame.
·    Simmer for 10 minutes.
·    Garnish egg curry with garam masala and coriander leaves and serve hot with paratha, roti or rice.
