SPICY GARLIC PRAWN 

Ingredients:


  1. 400 gm chingri ,medium
  2. 4 nos onion, chopped
  3. 8-10 cloves garlic,whole
  4. 2-4 nos green chili ,chopped
  5. tomato sauce 4 tbsp
  6. 1 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
  7. vivegar 1 tbsp
  8. 1 capsicum chopped
  9. salt to taste
  10. oil
Method:


  1. fry prawn ,keep aside
  2. add garlic cloves e and fry it for some time.
  3. add onion & green chili & fry for another 1 minute.
  4. add tomato sauce, soya sauce & vinegar 
  5. add salt 
  6. fry another 1/2 minute
  7. add chingri
  8. add water as required,cover with lid & cook until cooked well.
  9. add capsicum.
  10. Serve with fried rice.
