SAAHI PANEER


Ingredients :

  • 250 gm Paneer
  • 1" Ginger
  • Tomato puree
  • Soya souce
  • Turmeric powder
  • 1' Cinnamon
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 cardamom
  • salt
  • capsicum 
  • Oil


Method:

  • Fry  Paneer lightly  & set aside. 
  • Add oil in a frying pan.  
  • Add Cinnamon, Cloves & Cardamom in it.
  • Add grated ginger .Fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add capsicums & fry for 11/2 minutes.
  • Add Turmeric Powder, salt .
  • Add Tomato Puree. Simmer it.
  • add  1 tbsp Soya souce
  • Add  2 cup water
  • simmer it
  • add paneer
  • boil for 11/2 minutes.
  • Turn off flame.
  • Serve hot with roti.
