PARSHE MACHER JHAL










INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 GM PARSHE MACH


  • 1/2 TBSP TURMERIC POWDER
  • 1/4 TBSP CUMIN POWDER
  • 1/4 TBSP CUMIN SEEDS
  • 1 CHILI
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • OIL
  • CORIANDER LEAVES, CHOPPED


METHOD:

  • ADD OIL IN A FRYING PAN
  • ADD FISHES & FRY.
  • KEEP A SIDE
  • ADD CUMIN SEEDS IN OIL
  • ADD CHILI IN IT
  • ADD TURMARIC POWDER, CUMIN POWDER & SALT IN IT
  • FRY FOR 30 SECONDS
  • ADD 4 CUPS OF WATER
  • WAIT FOR STIR
  • ADD FISHES
  • ALLOW IT TO COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  • ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  • TURN OFF FLAME.
  • SERVE WITH RICE
