CHINGRI POKORA







INGREDIENTS:


  • 6-8 MEDIUM SIZE SHRIMP
  • 2 ONIONS
  • 8-10 CLOVES GARLIC
  • 1" GINGER
  • 2 CHILI
  • BASAN
  • A PINCH OF BAKING POWDER
  • 1 EGG
  • SALTE TO TASTE
  • OIL



METHOD: 


  • CLEAN THE SHRIMPS .CUT INTO SMALL ROUND PIECES.
  • TO MAKE A BATTER ADD  I CUP OF BASAN, PASTE OF ONION, GARLIC, & GINGER, CHILI , SALT & BAKING POWDER.
  • ADD WATER & MIX WELL THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE A SEMI LIQUID BATTER.
  • ADD OIL IN A FRYING PAN.
  • DIP A LOBSTER PIECE IN THE BATTER SO THAT IT IS WELL COATED & DROP IN THE HOT OIL.
  • AFTER A MINUTE REDUCE THE HEAT TO MEDIUM
  • DEEP FRY.
  • SERVE HOT WITH TEA OR COFFEE
