HOT CHICKEN POCKORA


Ingredients:
  • Chicken - 500 g, Small pieces

  • Garlic - 8-15 cloves,  chopped
  • Coriander leaves chopped


  • Green Chilly - 2-3,  chopped
  • Egg - 1
  • Basan
  • Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - For tast
  • Oil




Method:
  •    Marinate  small chicken pieces  with  chopped garlic, coriander leaves, green chilly, salt and set aside for at least 15-20 minutes.
  •   Beat the egg with Basan, baking powder,  and add to the marinated chicken before frying. Add about 3-4 tbsp of water to make the batter .
  •  Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot turn heat to medium low and add the chicken pieces in medium heat
  • Fry till brown on the outside.
  • Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to soak up excess oil
  • Serve hot with tea/coffee.
