KUNDRI R TARKARI (TENDLI/IVY GROUND )







INGREDIENTS:
  • 250 GM KUNDRI, SMALL PIECES

  • 250 POTATO IN SMALL PIECES 

  • 1 GREEN CHILI
  • 2 ONIONS CHOPPED
  • 1/2 SP TURMERIC POWDER 
  • 1/4 TBSP CUMIN POWDER
  • 1/4 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER
  • SALT TO TASTE
METHOD:
  • ADD  2 TBSP OIL IN A FRYING PAN.
  • ADD ONION
  • FRY FOR 11/2 MINUTES
  • ADD POTATO & KUNDRI
  • FRY FOR 1/2 MINUTE
  • ADD TURMERIC POWDER, CUMIN POWDER & CORIANDER POWDER.
  • ADD SALT TO TASTE.
  • FRY ANOTHER 1 MINUTE.
  • ADD 1 CUP WATER.
  • COVER WITH A LID. 
  • COOK UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE COMPLETELY BOILED.
  • TURN OFF FLAME.
  • SERVE WITH RICE.
