PANEER CURRY

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 250 GM PANEER, SMALL CUBES PIECES, A SMALL PART GRADED
  2. 2 MEDIUM POTATO
  3. 1 ONION
  4. 4-8 CLOVES GARLIC
  5. 1" GINGER
  6. 1 TOMATO
  7. 2 CHILI
  8. 1/2 TBSP TURMERIC POWDER                                               
  9. 1/4 TBSP CUMIN POWDER
  10. 1/4 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER
  11. CORIANDER LEAVES
  12.  SALT TO TASTE
  13. GARAM MASALA
  14. OIL

METHOD:
  1. MAKE A PASTE OF TOMATO & ONION SEPARATELY.
  2. MAKE A PASTE OF GINGER, GARLIC, & CHILI
  3. ADD OIL IN A FRYING PAN
  4. ADD PANEER CUBES IN IT
  5. FRY LIGHTLY.
  6. KEEP ASIDE
  7. FRY POTATOS
  8. KEEP ASIDE
  9. ADD ONION & TOMATO PASTE IN OIL
  10. FRY IT FOR 1 MINUTES
  11. ADD GINGER ,GARLIC PASTE IN IT,
  12. FRY FOR ANOTHER 1 MINUTE
  13. ADD TURMERIC POWDER, CUMIN POWDER , CORIANDER POWDER, SALT
  14. MIX IT WELL AND FRY FOR ANOTHER 30 SECONDS
  15. ADD POTATOS & MIX IT WELL
  16. ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER
  17. ADD GARAM MASALA
  18. COVER WITH A LID & COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  19. ADD PANEER CUBES
  20. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES 
  21. ADD GRADED PANEER
  22. TURN OFF FLAME
  23. SERVE WITH RICE
